NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION No. 01 of 2011-2012

Sealed Quotations are hereby invited by the undersigned from reputed Firms / Agencies having experience of servicing and overhauling of 62.5KVA DG set, installed at the Generator room near electrical sub-station at the Head Quarter of Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya at Pundibari, Cooch Behar.

Scope of Work

Taking out injectors, dismantling up to cylinder heads to change upper engine gaskets, servicing of cylinder heads, Injectors, Rear oil seal, carryout maintenance, change of worn out or hardy hoses etc, resetting of injectors and valves, arrest fuel leakages from fuel pumps and other parts of the engine, clearing of exterior engine and doing any other needful for smooth functioning including charge of lub oil and coolant. Reputed Firms/Agencies are requested to inspect the engine in any working days and submit the quotation.

3. Estimated Amount :	To be quoted.
4. Last date of submission of Quotation paper :	15.06.2011 up to office hours.
5. Date of Opening :	20.06.2011 at 3:00 pm.
6. Time of Completion :	15 days
7. Eligibility of Participation in quotation :	Must have experience of Executing similar nature of work within last three years.

The quotation inviting authority has the right to accept or reject any or all quotations without showing any reason, what so ever.
