| Data Entry Work of NREGA, Dated 11/09/2007 | ||||||||||

|
Sealed tenders are invited by the undersigned from the reputed
Computer / Data entry houses for data entry work of the NREGA
Data at approximately 128
different locations (Gram Panchayat) in the District having
experience in such type of works at different level. They have to abide
by the following conditions :~ 1)
The rates should be quoted both in figures and words for each entry
at GP level without computer. Prices shall be quoted in Indian Rupees
inclusive of all prevailing taxes. The Computer will be provided by us. 2)
The sealed quotation is to be dropped in two separate envelopes
super-scribed “Pre-Qualification Bid” and “Financial Bid”. The
financial bid will contain the rates only. All other documents such as
PAN card, P.T.C.C, trade license, credentials and earnest money etc.
will form part of Pre-qualification bid. At first only the
Pre-Qualification bid will be opened. The financial bid will be opened
for those quotationers only who will qualify in pre-qualification bid. 3)
Bidders should submit an earnest money of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees
fifty thousand) only through demand draft from any Nationalised Bank/
NSC in favour of the District Magistrate & District Programme Co-ordinator,
Cooch Behar, along with the quotation. Bidder should also submit Demand
Draft of Rs. 1,000/- (non refundable) as cost of tender. 4)
Successful tenderer will be liable to complete data entry work
correctly and successfully within stipulated time given by the
respective Block Development Officer. If the work is not completed
within mentioned time then @1.0% of the bill amount will be deducted on
expiry of given time. 5)
After completion of the work 3(three) sets of Data CD will be
submitted by the vendor, one for GP office, one Block Office and other
for District Head Quarter. 6)
Tenderers are required to submit the following up-to-date documents
along with the Tender application without which the tender shall be
liable to be cancelled. a) Photo copies of up-to-date Sales Tax / Value
Added Tax, Income Tax Clearance Certificate / PAN Card
b) Photo copy of Trade License.
c) Photo copy of Credential Certificates of
similar nature of at least Rs. 2.0 lakh 7)
Payment
will be made after proper entry and after obtaining satisfactory working
certificate from the competent authority as will be decided by the
District Authority. 8)
The
sealed tender superscribed " Tender for Data Entry work of NREGA"
in two separate sealed envelop as mentioned point 2 above addressed to
the District Magistrate & District Programme Co-ordinator, Cooch
Behar will be dropped in the tender box up to 24/09/2007 till 2.00 p.m.
and will be opened on the same day at 3.00 p.m. Participating tenderers
may remain present during the time of opening tenders. 9)
Incomplete tender document will be rejected summarily. The
successful tenderers will have to execute a formal agreement on a
non-judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 10/- (Rupees ten) only within 7
working days from the date of issue of work order. 10)
Acceptance of the lowest tender is not obligatory and the
undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the
tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever and also to split-up the
work to more than one tenderer in the interest of the smooth
implementation of the scheme. 11)
This notice shall form the part of terms & conditions of tender
and tenderers shall be bound to abide by those. 12)
Entry will have to be made in the following tables :

Entry will be done primarily at each Gram Panchayat office-computer
on regular basis. 14)
Work may have to be done in other offices also, if required 15)
In cases the Gram Panchayat having no electricity, work will be
done at the concerned BDOs office 16)
The person engaged for the work will have to go to Gram Panchayat
offices on his/ her own. No separate transportation support or bill will
be given. 17)
One person can do the work of approximately 2 to 3 Gram Panchayats. 18)
Separate rate to be quoted for individual tables.
