Post No. 1 :  Block Informatics Officer
(a) No. of  vacancies: 9 (nine)
(b) Category of vacancies: General = 04, General (physically handicapped) = 01,
SC = 02, ST = 01, BC = 01
(c) Qualification:

Passed BCA or B.Sc. (Hons. in Computer Science) or Graduate who have completed 'A' Level certification course of D.O.E.A.C.C.

(d) Age limit:

18 - 37 years as on 01.01.2006 with upper age limit relaxable for SC, ST, OBC & ex-serviceman etc. as allowed under the orders of the State Govt.

(e) Pay & allowances: Rs. 4000 - 8850/- plus allowances as admissible
Post No. 2 :  Data Entry Operator
(a) No. of  vacancies: 9 (nine)
(b) Category of vacancies: General = 04, General (physically handicapped) = 01,
SC = 02, ST = 01, BC = 01
(c) Qualification: Essential
i)

Passed Madhyamik or equivalent examination from any recognised University/Board/Council with at least 50% marks in aggregate.

ii)

At least three months formal training in using Personal Computer from a recognised institute.

iii)

Minimum speed of data entry - 6000 key depressions per hour.

Desirable

At least one year experience of data entry operation in Personal computer.

(d) Age limit:

18 - 37 years as on 01.01.2006 with upper age limit relaxable for SC, ST, OBC & ex-serviceman etc. as allowed under the orders of the State Govt.

(e) Pay & allowances: Rs. 3350 - 6325/- plus allowances as admissible

  Applications on plain paper, full and complete Bio-data (one passport-size photograph affixed on to it) with all supporting attested documents, two more same-size photographs and a self-addressed envelope should reach the office of the District Panchayat & Rural Development Officer, Cooch Behar latest by 02-03-2006.
