NIC PROFILE
NIC, Cooch Behar District Unit was established in 1989 under the Planning Commission and in the year 2000 it came under the newly formed Ministry of Communication & Information Technology .

Since its establishment, NIC,Cooch Behar District Unit has been involved in promoting IT culture mainly in the Government Offices.

This Centre has its own C-Band VSAT and IPA for fast Internet Connectivity.

Need based Software Development and technical support are the main activities of NIC, Cooch Behar.
