age may be relaxed for exceptionally qualified and experienced candidates.
The University reserves the right to alter /modify any condition at any
stage and shall not make any guaranty for absorption in any other posts in the
event of withdrawal of KVKs by ICAR. Already employed persons should apply
through proper channel. No T.A., D.A. will be paid for attending the interview
and or aptitude test as to be held for the purpose. Reservation for SC/ST, OBC
and P.H. candidates shall be maintained as per Govt. Rules subject to
availability of suitable candidates. On the basis of records / testimonials,
selection may be done in absentia in case of internal candidates if the
candidate is in abroad and unable to appear before the Selection Committee.
Interested candidates are to
apply in the following format along with enclosures and a bank draft of Rs.
300/- for the post at Sl. No. 1 and Rs. 150/- for Sl. No. 2-9 respectively
drawn in favour of “Uttar Banga Krishi Viswavidyalaya” at State Bank of
India, Cooch Behar. SC/ST candidates are to pay ¼ (one fourth) of the above
stated application fees. The filled in application form shall have to reach
the Director of Extension Education within 30 (thirty) days from the date of
publication of this advertisement. Candidate already applied in response to
Advt. No. UBKV/Rect./01/2004 need not apply. Mere possession of the minimum
qualifications shall not make an applicant entitled to be called for interview
or aptitude test. Application incomplete in any respect will be rejected
without adducing any reason thereof. |
