Tender in a sealed envelope
should dropped in a sealed tender box kept in the office chamber
of the Additional District Magistrate(D),Cooch Behar on 15.6.2011 up
to 2-00 p.m and the same will be opened on the same day at 3-00
p.m. Intending tenderers may remain present during opening of the
tenders.

The tenderers should attach the following documents with the tender:-
a) Copy of Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
b) VAT Registration Number.
c) Copy of trade license.

The rates will have to be quoted both in figure and in words for each item and shall be specific and
unconditional. Any scratched /error/overwriting must bear initial
signature of the tenderer on it. Any deviation would make the tender
liable for cancellation.

The undersigned will not bind himself to accept the lowest tender and has the right to reject any tender
without assigning any reason whatsoever.

| 5. |
Not more than one tender would be accepted from one dealer/supplier.
|
| 6. |
The tenderer should also attach an earnest money amounting to Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand ) only
along with the tender in the shape of DCR of any nationalized bank in
favour of the District Magistrate,Cooch Behar.

The equipments should be supplied with in 15(Fifteen) days from the date of receipt of formal order failing
which the earnest money will be forfeited.
