• Quotation in plain paper or in letter-head alongwith mentioning the item and the quoted price clearly written in word and figure in sealed envelop may be dropped in the tender box placed at the office chamber of the Additional District Magistrate (Development), Coochbehar, during office hour latest by 3 p.m. on Friday, 21^st October, 2011.

• Sealed Quotations will be opened on Friday, 21^st October, 2011 at 3:30p.m. Intending participants may remain present while opening quotation.

1. Quantity of any item may vary 20% for which no change of rate will be allowed.

2. The applicant should state the quoted rate clearly in gross for each item (inclusive of all expenses like material cost, labour charge, transport charge, taxes etc.) for completing the work as specified.

3. The Audited Report to be submitted to the District Magistrate, Coochbehar latest by 30^th November, 2011.

4. The applicant are at liberty to visit the worksite on any working day during office hours in presence of and assess the extent of work to be done. No claim other than quoted rate will be entertained later on in this regard.

5. The authority reserves right to accept or reject any or all quotation papers without assigning any reason.

6. The authority is not bound to select the agency / person quoting lowest rate to offer execution the agreement, rather technical / financial resource, experience, reputation etc. will also be considered.
